It certainly looks like the libcamera python bindings are missing. TryIf it's still not working, maybe say
* Exactly what OS you have (the regular Raspberry Pi Desktop OS, or the Lite version, or something else?)
* Is this a clean installation, or has other stuff been added/removed?
* What if anything you did to install Picamera2 (or was it there already?)
