Hey!
I have a main.py script that toggles the pins of a keyboard matrix to detect button presses on a mobile then toggles them again to use switches on an SPI channel to short the connections on the matrix to send button presses. When I run the script through Thonny it runs without issue. When I save the script and try to run it independently from an RP2350 it crashes and does nothing - at least I can no longer access the file system from Thonny unless I restart the board.
Any ideas?
