SQLite is just fine as a database. The resources of the Pi will likely run out long before the database reaches its maximum capacity.

DBBrowser and DBBeaver are tools to help developing and maintain your DB, but they are not meant for viewing data easily. Depends on your needs thus. For graphical viewing, look into Grafana. For hard numbers and tables, I would probably go with flask and sqlalchemy. When you combine them both, you can insert graphs from Grafana into webpages served by flask, all running on the same Pi, and all connected to the same DB.
