Python • PyQt5 WebEngineView on Rpi 3 not working

Hi, I am able to install pyqt5 in rpi using the
But not able to install the WebEngine view, should I be compiling the source code of qt5 web engine view and how to link?

I need WebengineView for sure to render folium html map in the GUI. I already have a working code that's working on my windows but not on RPI. Please help I'm stuck.
