Python • Upgrading pygame on RPI-4 will not work

Hello,

Try to upgrade the version of actual version of pygame(1.9.6) on my raspberry pi 4.
Have system updates, and upgrades done.

Find the command pip install pygame--upgrade but this is not working, error
"Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement' and
'No matching distribution found for ....'

How can I upgrade my pygame?
