Python • Having issue in installing google-api-python-client google-auth-httplib2 google-auth-oauthlib

I am having issue in installing these libraries for google drive integration on raspberry pi.

error message is as follows
"sudo pip3 install google-api-python-client google-auth-httplib2 google-auth-oauthlib
error: externally-managed-environment

python3-xyz, where xyz is the package you are trying to

If I use apt to install it doesn't contain these libraries following error appears.
sudo apt install google-api-python-client google-auth-httplib2 google-auth-oauthlib

Reading state information... Done
E: Unable to locate package google-api-python-client
E: Unable to locate package google-auth-httplib2
E: Unable to locate package google-auth-oauthlib.

Help to resolve this issue.
