I did fresh installation of latest raspbian-bookworm 64bit on my RPi-4

After reboot nothing happend. This command worked normally few months ago.
What I am missing?

I think you are missing the fact that the change to RasPiOS Bookworm from Bullseye or earlier releases has changed the default graphical desktop chosen for use with your RPi4 board, so startup methods that used to work with LXDE-pi are now not supported by default.
